Hello! I'm Jayden.
I'm a developer, and this is where I ramble.
Hey! My name is Jayden. I'm a developer most proficient in Node.js, JS/TS, and React. I currently work on freelance projects.
I usually weave my enjoyment of programming with my other hobby: gaming. I don't really have a favourite game. I enjoy playing FPS games the most, like Escape from Tarkov, Valorant, and Overwatch.
Since 2018, I've been one of the system administrators for the official RuneScape and OSRS Wikis, and I also develop MediaWiki extensions and customised forks of existing projects for use across those wikis.
RuneScape Wiki
The RuneScape Wiki is one of the biggest gaming wikis on the internet, with over 30 million visitors a year, serving as the wiki for MMORPG RuneScape. It is built on the MediaWiki platform using PHP.
What I worked on:
Building client-side JS, writing PHP-based extensions, and maintaining the infrastructure.

Aitum is streaming automation software, intended for use alongside other popular tools like OBS, and platforms such as Twitch. It allows users to enhance their viewers' experience on their stream. Built with Electron and Node.js.
What I worked on:
Creating the UI, working on the API backend, and building integrations with third-party tools.

- mw-discord - MediaWiki extension for sending recent changes to a Discord channel
- MusicBot - Discord music bot written in Python, which I contributed to heavily in 2018-19
